Shipping Policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We apply a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST – New York) are processed the same day. All orders go through a brief processing stage before being shipped.

After processing, average shipping takes 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding should a delay occur. We will always keep you informed and strive to keep delays to an absolute minimum.
