What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order something from Virello Boutique, the delivery time is slightly different than you might be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save enormously on storage and transport costs. This allows us to price our products so competitively.
After processing, the average shipping time is 4-7 working days. (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays)
In total, you can therefore count on a delivery time of approximately 5–10 working days from the moment your order is placed.
What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
Due to the enormous interest in our products, your product may arrive slightly later than expected. We hope for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to info@virelloboutique.com. We will then investigate what is going on with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
To send a return, simply contact our customer service via info@virelloboutique.com. Include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once this has been done, you can send the product to us via a courier of your choice.
What are the costs of returns?
Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Please consult the website of the relevant courier you wish to use for more information regarding prices.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a return period of 30 days. The return period starts on the day you received the item. However, there are conditions attached to the return:
You can only return the item if:
● The return period has not yet expired;
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
● The product has not yet been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept various payments including: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all possible options.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email for my order?
That is not supposed to happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@virelloboutique.com. We will assist you quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email to info@virelloboutique.com as soon as possible. Include your name, the order number (e.g., #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and please also state the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
